Our Plants, Facilities,  and Production Processes

             Our Plants - With our head quarters in Bangkok, our main plant is located in Wellgrow Industrial Estate on the outskirts of the city. Our second plant, which focuses on cosmetics tubes and laminate tubes is nearby, on the same Wellgrow location. A third plant is an in house operation in Vietnam for a major customer.

Total capacities for our 3 plants is almost 1.2 billion tubes per year. 

             Machinery - Kim Pai Lamitube uses machinery made by AISA of Switzerland and KMK machinery from PSG of Switzerland for laminate tube manufacture in all of our units. This consistency of approach allows us to offer the highest level of flexibility and security to our customers. A tailor-made Sumitomo laminator complements our range of Laminators. Our tube making equipment is amongst the fastest and most efficient in the world with outputs ranging from 80 to 300 tubes per minute to match customer requirements. We injection mould caps and shoulders in house.

This top of the range machinery along with our own in-house technology and expertise allows us to produce the best side seam tubes in the industry.

Extruded tube production uses Breyer technology from German, with extensive print facilities from Polytype machinery
            

            Production Processes -

Laminate tubes - Web printing (offset, letterpress and gravure), Web Lamination,  Tube Production, Capping, and further Decoration.  

Extruded tubes - Extrusion, In line Offset Printing, Shoulder forming and Tube finishing. Offline foil blocking.

Injection Moulding - For Caps and Shoulders
